Pine Solutions charges £25.00 for deliveries under £500 and for small or light items (under 30kgs) there is a £5 delivery charge. Orders over £500 are free to selected areas. The shopping cart will calculate delivery for you. Deliveries are on weekdays. Saturday deliveries are available to certain areas, call for details.

If you are having your furniture delivered to the following postcodes there is a delivery surcharge of £25: HS, IV4, IV14-28, IV36, KW, PA20-36 and PH30-34.
Please remember to measure all staircases, hallways and doorframes in addition to the place where you would like to place the furniture so that you are able to move the item into your home safely and comfortably.
If you are worried about the weight of the items you order, you can find those on the e-mail we send you. The PDF attachment has a column called UNIT KG and each item is listed separately with its corresponding weight in kilograms. Please note that large items (beds and wardrobes for example) are often delivered in 2 boxes. The weight shown on your order is the combined weight of all boxes.
As a general guideline we usually advise that items over 50kg or lighter items that are preassembled will need a second person for lifting.

The following applies to PARCEL COURIERS only;
Small or light items will be delivered by a parcel courier for a delivery charge of £5.00 and are exempt from any area surcharges. Details are included in the product specification of any product that this applies to.
Courier deliveries are between 9 and 5, you are not telephoned before delivery. If no one is in when they arrive they first contact your neighbours, failing that they leave a card so you can arrange another day and there is no charge for this.
If you order a substantial quantity of courier items and the order is under £500 you may be charged extra for delivery, this is because the combined weight of the order will be over the couriers limit, the check out will calculate this for you.
